The first thing I did when I became a logic teacher was to find an appropriate comic from Ryan North that I could use on the first day of class. I would posit that this comic is truly the geekiest thing on the web. He only occasionally obsesses on "classically nerdy" topics such as science fiction and video games, but let's admit it, those aspects of geek culture have gone mainstream.

Ah, but generative grammar, logical positivism, evasive agnosticism, presuppositional theology...these topics are not going to fly at the local reggaeton or acid jazz club.
